This tastes like the essence of beef, kinda like flame grilled steak and is totally vegan friendly.
This is the ‘go-to’ for beefy flavour boosting, an amazing stock style powder that you can mix into boiling water for bumping up stews, ramen broths, spag bol and chillies. It’s amazing dusted on chips & wedges straight outta the pan! This makes the best roast potatoes ever, just par boil til slightly fluffy, chuck into a hot oiled pan and toss em about. Once golden crispy just pull em out and throw em in a bowl with this dust and voila you’re a hero.
Use as a delicate but powerful seasoning on steaks, for briskets and short ribs – however, i’d recommend our textural Cowabunga Beef rub for smoking.
